More comfort in Economy
Seats in the Economy Comfort zone have substantially more legroom than standard seats and recline twice as far. Economy Comfort seats can be purchased when buying a ticket online or via ‘Manage my Booking’ on klm.com, at a kiosk at the airport or on board (depending on availability). Flying Blue members can also use Miles to purchase Economy Comfort seats via ‘Manage my Booking’. Starting in December, Economy Comfort seats will also be available on European flights operated on Boeing 737 aircraft.
When and where
Whether you are flying, meeting someone at the airport or just think it’s cool, you can track flights in real time. With KLM’s online flight tracking service, you can find departure, arrival and status information for flights around the world. You can even see where a flight is on a world map and share it with friends. Click on ‘Flight status’ in the ‘Flight times’ tab on klm.com to get started.
KLM’s Siebold House
Each year, KLM celebrates its birthday by introducing a new miniature KLM Delft Blue house. Modelled on historic Dutch buildings, these houses are given as gifts to passengers in World Business Class. The 93rd in the series was unveiled on 8 October.
The new house is a replica of the SieboldHuis. Built in the early 16th century in Leiden, The SieboldHuis is now home to the Japan Museum. For more information on the Japan Museum, see the Leiden Touchdown.
Tweet KLM for your fare
Finding a KLM ticket price couldn’t be easier. Send a tweet to @KLMfares with a departure city and a destination – for example ‘Amsterdam to Singapore’ – and we’ll tweet you back within one minute with the best fare available for a return ticket. You can also narrow the scope of your request by adding the month you want to fly or specific flight dates (in dd-mm format) in your tweet.
